All sites we build are hosted on Render — a modern cloud platform purpose-built for Python web apps. Render handles the server, the uptime, the automatic HTTPS certificate, and the deployment pipeline. You do not need to manage any of that. We will if you want.
Render charges a monthly fee based on the resources your site uses. That fee is passed through to you at cost — not marked up, not bundled into a mysterious monthly retainer. Every invoice shows the exact Render line items alongside any developer time billed that month. You always know what you are paying and why.
A standard trade business site — five to eight pages, no database — typically runs $7 to $25 per month on Render. Sites with a database add the database fee. Sites with a Persistent Disk for a chatbot knowledge base add that fee. Nothing else is added without your knowledge.
Auto-deploy is wired to your GitHub repository. When we push an approved change, Render deploys it automatically — no manual steps, no downtime windows, no coordination required. You do not see the process. You see the result.

Maintenance is billed hourly at posted rates. No retainer required — though retainer arrangements are available for businesses that want priority scheduling and a predictable monthly line item. If you do not need us in a given month, you do not pay anything that month.
Changes, content updates, photo swaps, form adjustments, new pages, troubleshooting — all handled via a simple email. Describe what you need. We scope it, quote it, and build it. No overhead, no intake forms, no project management theatre.
When your business grows and your site needs to grow with it, we scope a rebuild and quote it fresh. We do not promise ongoing platform updates in the traditional agency sense — we do not sell you a retainer to keep doing what we already built correctly. When the scope genuinely changes, we scope it honestly.
If your site includes a database, your backups are configured to a location you control — your own cloud storage, your own credentials. We do not hold your data. We configure the backup. You own the destination. Your data is yours, completely and permanently.

You do not edit the knowledge base directly. You submit a plain-language change request through a password-protected management page — a sentence or two describing what needs to change.
