How We Use Your Information

Chatbot intake submissions are stored in a secured database and used to respond to your inquiry and manage our lead pipeline. Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email and are not retained in a database.

We do not use your information for advertising, third-party marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry.

Data Storage

Chatbot intake data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. Contact form data is transmitted by email and not stored server-side. Analytics data is stored by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These cookies do not identify you personally. No other cookies are set by this site.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Payment Processing

Invoice payments are processed by Stripe. SecureTechBuilds does not collect, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or any payment credentials. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us at Contact@SecureTechBuilds.com and we will remove it promptly.

Your Rights

To request deletion of information you submitted through the intake agent or contact form, email us at Contact@SecureTechBuilds.com. We will remove your record within 5 business days.
